She delivers customized leadership and team development workshops for the University of Regina and at university campuses worldwide; multiple corporate clients, including financial institutions in the Canadian and US farm credit systems; non-profit and for-profit organizations of all sizes. She delivers an intensive, customized leadership program, empowHer, for female faculty and senior administrative leaders at the University of Osnabrück twice yearly.

Description:
Learning how to make decisions more intentionally and skillfully can help you as you consider crossing thresholds in your life or your career. Your thresholds may be external, such as adding or letting go of roles or responsibilities, changing location or stepping into a new phase or adventure. They may also be internal, involving mindset shifts, facing fears, and enhancing your well-being. This workshop will equip you with more decisioning tools and enhanced self-awareness to feel more confident and competent to make decisions that serve you. When should you make a decision on your own, and when would it help to involve others? How can you be aware of your biases, blind spots and background apps so that decisions are made with a clear head and a more neutral or impartial approach? Join Cristine Saxon for this full-day interactive workshop where you will learn and share tips and tools to make the most of your decision making. Making better decisions helps you make shifts happen.

Note: the workshop will be in English, with opportunities to speak English or German in small groups and interactive activities. Mid- to advanced-level English skills would be most suitable for success in this workshop. Come practice your English in a welcoming environment and participate in self-awareness activities and learn new strategies for self improvement and leadership development for your professional career.
