3rd Prize of the Hans-Riegel Foundation of the University of Oldenburg in Mathematics
Sarah Haunhorst, pupil at the Ursulaschule in Osnabrück, has won the 3rd Prize of the Hans-Riegel Foundation of the University of Oldenburg within her seminar subject mathematics and with their exposition on „Coding Theory - Error Detection and Correction“. This exposition was supervised by Dr. Judith Plümer of the Institute of Mathematics of the Osnabrück University. Here you can see the poster which was created by Sarah Haunhorst for the awards show.
Graduate Student Meeting on Applied Algebra and Combinatorics

The aim of the meeting is to bring together PhD students working in some area associated with Applied Algebra and/or Combinatorics and to encourage an active interaction and networking among them
