Content:
A doctorate is like a long journey with ups and downs, surprising turns and unforeseeable emergencies. You will experience motivational boosts and successes, but probably also dry spells, motivation lows and so-called doctoral crises.
Even if you cannot plan for every eventuality, it makes sense to start this journey well prepared and with the right equipment. The "PhD Survival Kit" contains strategies, tools and a corresponding mindset that help you to remain capable of acting in crisis situations and to overcome problems and conflicts when it counts.
The workshop helps you to deal with typical challenges in the course of your doctoral process and to better understand the underlying dynamics. You will have the opportunity to reflect on your own doctoral experiences in order to explore the scope and potential for change, to maintain and strengthen your motivation for your doctorate in the long term and to learn how to deal constructively with crises and challenges.
